Subject	2-3 grind when shifting fast, no grind when shifting slow

Message	Saw a recent post about zspeed hd clutch fork. I get a grind when shifting quickly from 2nd-3rd, but not when shifting slowly. Also slow to get into 1st or reverse. I've thought it was soft synchros all this time and been waiting to replace the tranny. Now I'm wondering if my stock clutch fork just needs to be upgraded. What do you guys think? I'd pay to have it installed so labor cost is a factor.
